Placing an order
You can place an order on the "order gifts" page by selecting the item you require, the style, colour and quantity and also add any personalisation required. Purchases can be made securely online 24 hours a day at www.tishtashdesigns.co.uk. We deliver all over the UK and are also able to deliver worldwide - please email for shipping cost.
Paypal card security
Your card details will be encrypted and dealt with by Paypal and will not be available to anyone at Tish Tash Designs. Paypal will generate your receipt which you will receive via email with a confirmation of your order.
Returns policy
We hope that you are satisfied with any goods purchased. If anything you receive is faulty or damaged please let us know and we will arrange for a replacement for you or a refund. Unfortunately unless items are damaged on receipt we are unable to accept returns of any personalised products. We copy all personalised requests direct from the website order forms so please take care when completing your requirements and ensure that you provide us with the correct details (spelling of names etc) as we are not able to be held responsible for errors.
Legal requirements
We take great care to describe all items correctly and to reproduce images as accurately as possible. However in some cases variations in colour may occur due to photographic limitations. As items are all handpainted individually no 2 items are identical.

We are commited to protecting your privacy and take the security of your persoinal information very seriously. We will never divulge your details to any third party other than the personalisation information needed in order to fulfill your order.
